It always starts as a phone call from some telemarketer telling you that you've been referred by someone close to you, and then they start with the reasons why they think you should sign up to whatever they are selling. After 20 minutes of agonizing "yes" and "no" questions, one always ends up just rushing up the conversation and submitting to whatever it is they are selling. But when you skip a payment, then they start with that bullshit about how "this call may be recorded" , and how you should pay before they take you to their legal department..and ..blah blah blah! So why am i talking about this you ask? It's because the annoying thing is that when you in the shop and you decide to pay your bill, right after you pay they tell you that you can still take some more shit on credit, Being that there's some good stuff in the shit you fall for the trap, and then the whole thing starts all over again..*sigh* I wanna be Warren Buffet in my next life!!

*sigh* Telemarketers...are the new Jehovah witness. why I say that is because it seems the number of Jehovah's witness at your door step has become a thing of the past, and I cant remember the last time I was pestered by those aforementioned self important zealots. why that trend has diminished, I have no idea..but all the clues suggest physical violence. I mean who in their right mind goes to someone's home and start preaching about the "word of the lord" without bringing a gift basket..see people like free things if this was the case, a lot of people would open doors to Jehovah witness mongers, and avoid physical violence.. but that's one thing..now enter telemarketers..
The nerve of these people. calling you at work, and talk that talk, until you decide to put them on speaker and proceed working.adding insult to injury, they have the audacity to ask for bank details on the phone..i mean DUDE!! seriously, you call me with an unlisted number, talk jibberish and expect me to hand over sensitive information?..NEGRO PLEASE!!! send me them documents via fax or email, let me review that sh** and see if you are as good as your word..its broad daylight for Christ's sake!!

At the end of the day, what i thought to myself after this whole fiasco, was that this whole thing can be regarded as terrorism..because the guy basically terrorised the people of namibia..and that goes out to all the "prophets"..how come they dont predict good things, only bad things..next time this guy does it again, im gonna light that beard on fire..stop wasting my time!!!

Being dissapointed by someone takes a long time for you to heal, especially if you trusted that person so much, and at the end of the day, you are the one to look like an idiot. The crying, the mischief,the playing in the dirt and what not. It's hard work. What is amusing is the look on the parents' faces when kids are up to mischief..PISSED OFF!! they seem to take it personal..but later on when the person grows up and the phase flies by, parents have a difficult time letting the person go!!Like that first time in pre-school, a kid will always cling to the mother's leg and the teacher has to tussle to get the kid into class..and that normally last for a week or two, and this is the time the teacher says, "don't worry this happens a lot..it wont be like this for long" But when the toddler gets into the teenage years, and hormones start doing all the thinking and the attitude changes, parents will at times start thinking the kid hates them..funny the way life turns out to be. Everybody at one time in their lives always ponders to just live everything behind and run away to some dream place and never come back (at least for a few years). Reasons vary (debt, Boredom, Midlife crisis etc.) And reasons of coming back are always the same. It. could be a family they left behind, or that sense of nostalgia, being homesick, or it could be the reminiscence of mama's recipe.After a half a decade of "soul searching", one goes back home, snapping back to reality!!
Thats why beer and alcohol is sold, its meant to be therapeutic. i mean, imagine the harm that some of us would've done to ourselves if we werent drinking..only god knows. it's a depressing world out there, and once in a while its good to go haywire on a bottle of jameson's for a few hours and get back to business right after a hangeover and regrets. It keeps you focused. I cant imagine myself without drinking, i'd probably be looking like Moby for christ's sake!!! and thats just sad..
